我们学校最近在教师节给全体员工每个人做了一大盒提拉米苏作为礼物，还组织了一场BBQ给学生家长还有员工。中秋节也会制作月饼发给所有员工。

Our school will hold Bobing(博饼）which is a famous way to celebrate the the Mid Autumn Festival in Xiamen for students and staffs.

Our school has a regular traditional nomination of “Follow-up” award to recognize those who demonstrate our school values.

We also have a “Thank you” wall in our public area to show appreciation to others’ support and efforts.

What visa agent does your school use in UK or America? The agent who are help process the work visa, get the notary, consulate authentication paperwork for background check ,diploma and teacher license.

Our school recently organized a health and wellness challenge to promote healthy lifestyle, reduce risks and foster a sense of community.

Organize a social committee in the school, recruit members from different divisions. Social committee can make a survey to staff and have some ideas to organize activities that most staff want to participate in.
