What resources/PL presentations/practices are being utilized to improve collaborative practices with your teaching teams?

As mentioned in our session yesterday, Christos and I created a collaboration guide that was used to begin conversations around expectations and roles within our collaborative teaching teams. Although not a perfect resource, it can certainly serve as a starting point for your and your teams. For me, this resource served as an introductory conversation between myself and my co-teachers. However, I think additional PL time would be helpful in following up with the process of co-planning so that it leads to intentional co-teaching. In other words, this is not a single-use magic wand.
