Additive Bilingualism
Lately, one of my main focuses has been promoting additive bilingualism among our families.
As our report deadlines approach, I’ve noticed that some teachers have advised their students with low grades to speak more English at home. To address this, I have developed a resource for teachers that aims to make this feedback more culturally responsive.
I’m curious if you have any additional ideas to contribute to this resource?
Furthermore, are there any specific terms or language commonly used by mainstream teachers that we should brainstorm alternatives for?
Sorry, there were no replies found.
