The biggest takeaway I have from this article is how closely it chimes with my experiences talking to other Tech Directors in China. There are various WeChat groups e.g. ACAMIS Tech & China Edu Tech that have proven invaluable to me over the years for things such as streaming services, running MAP Testing & sometimes just getting Microsoft Office 365 to work well for my school. Having similar people to talk to, who have similar problems is very useful.
