Chen: I would like to implement mini PBL projects with STEM emphasis.

Mariana: organization and checkpoints, the community integration, creativity and learning centers implementation. I will take away the calendar. Wondering: it is time-consuming; how easy to ‘have access’ to other teachers for co-planning.

Evgeny: liked how detailed it is, very helpful for Teacher who is new to PBL; how open the question is: What is a problem our class is willing and able to address? It provides opportunities for student voice and choice. With more guided questions. I wonder what some life skills one must teach along the way like collaborative decision making.

Dave’s Experience with PBL: planning a PBL on your own is problematic, generally you co-create it with other subject teachers and build the timeline from there; for some it may be a very-light framework.
